The Nica-Spanish Language School offers intensive system one on one Spanish immersion programs 4 hours per 5 day for a week. All the classes are customized for the special needs of each student. If you already speak some Spanish, we would like to welcome you at 08:00 in the morning on your first day at our Spanish language school and to take our level test.
Our Spanish language program is structured around our Basic Program that consists of 20 hours of Spanish classes per week (not including activities orhome stay ) This course runs from Monday till Friday - but really you can start any day- this program consist in 4 hours per day which gives you plenty of opportunity to learn Spanish and practice speaking Spanish. Every days we have a break for 20 minutes during the class for relaxing, or for using the internet... all our student have access to internet free.
You can choose your better option, in The Nica-Spanish Language School , we have different offer for you, your family or your friends. You can choose between total immersion system or biligual system... as you preffer.
Our System
Successfully implementing the interactive method depends entirely on the personal attention teachers are able to give students. The teachers lavish as much attention on students as staff at the best brighton hotels give to their guests. Therefore, our classes are one on one and all courses are (super) intensive. The level of the students is determined according to the students abilities; the first day of the course begins with an oral and written placement test . Usuallyl classes take place from Monday to Friday, but really you can start any day. We working all the year except in Easter Week . All classes are 4 hours in duration and programmed between the hours of 8:00 am and 12 m.
Classes take place in a relaxed and stimulating atmosphere, maximizing a student's ability to communicate in Spanish. Teachers have interaction with all the student in order to give them the maximum exposure to the varieties of spoken Spanish. We work with our own material and text book, which form the basis of the course, in combination with other materials (e.g. newspapers, songs, literature, cd`s, videos, grammar exercises etc.) making use of videos, and other audio-visual materials. However, our materials have only a support function. Students may visit typical locations (for example the market, a school or a clinic) during class, and a large part of the study material are practical activities and exercises, which will aid students to understand and speak Spanish, almost without noticing! That`s of course with the help of the interaction of your teacher and all the Nica-Spanish Staff. All students come to school Monday at 8:00 a.m. to take the Placement Testand a short oral test or take an written level test. To ensure that everybody is studying at the precise level, Nica-Spanish Language School teaches 6 levels, ranging from complete beginners to very advanced speakers.

Study of grammar (theory and practice)

Spanish Levels
The first day of your course you will begin by taking a small quiz. This is done in order to situate you into a suitable Spanish level to know your necesities. We work with six levels .
Beginner Level (level I) & Advanced Beginner (level II) : This is centered to dominate the basic linguistic and cultural elements to formulate an understanding of the Spanish language. This includes short phrases and the necessities of courtesy.
Intermediate (level III) & Advanced Intermediate (IV): This level is centered independently in spontaneous communication, and problem-solving in daily situations.
Advanced Level (level V) : This level's objective is for the student to be able to handle themselves successfully in most social situations of daily life.
Superior or Conversational Level (level VI): This level is proposed for the necessity to correct small linguistic imperfections. It is also designed to perfect the pronunciation and intonation, in order to communicate (without problems) with people speaking Spanish in any situation. In all the levels we concentrate on grammar as well as written and spoken.
