1- Visit the Nicaraguan Baseball Academy

Here is where the next generation of Nicaraguan Baseball Stars are growing. Here, the Nicaraguan former Big Leager Denis Martinez is working with the future promises of the Nicaraguan National Sport. In Nicaraguan Baseball Academy, the guys combine the elementary, middle and high school education with their baseball lessons. Some of the students have signed with some important organization of the Major League of the United States.

2-Events in Sport Park of the Community, like the Municipal Basketball League, international Volleyball games, between the strong Nicaraguan team and some international visitors like some universities of the United States and canada. Other sports in San Juan are Football Saloon, canadian hokey (in roller skates)

3- Trip to Baseball Stadiums

Unlike the other Central American countries where football soccer is the national sport ... the Baseball is the National Sport in Nicaragua, it was introduced to the country in 1912 by the U.S Marines. We`ll go to other cities to see a baseball game of the Nicaraguan Professional Baseball League, or to see the National League Amateur (16 teams)- Nicaragua Team, it`s one of the most strong teams in Latin America, and they have won important places in Continental Level and one Sub World Championship, today Nicaragua is the number 12 in the world . This activity is available during the baseball season . What do you need to bring? -- Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a cap or hat, sunglasses, camera, water and a little money in case you need to buy something. Check the video.
